The flowers were delivered in good time. We put them immediately in water and flower food powder. They were gorgeous upon arrival. But they wilted by the next morning and were completely done for in less than a day. I feel like flowers this expensive should at least be fresh and beautiful for 3 days before wilting. It was very disappointing to find them wilted in 12 hours time. Another thing that I didn’t like was that the delivery person or someone at the shop called the recipient seeing if they would be home and ruined my surprise. I feel like they should ask if it’s ok to call the recipient otherwise it just spoils the surprise. Update: I called the flower shop to let them know what happened and they immediately wanted to fix the issue and said they would send more flowers in a few days. They sent more flowers. They were ok. I figured they’d do the same flowers as I ordered before but they sent other flowers and mostly lillies and the recipient is allergic to lillies unfortunately and had to throw them away :( not the flower shop’s fault but was disappointed nonetheless that they didn’t send the same types of flowers as I originally chose. I increased my rating from 2 stars to 4 because they did try and make it right
