First, I was originally going to go with a different florist. However, when I called them, I was greeted by an AI automated system instead of a human being. Since I had specific questions, I decided to try reaching out via WhatsApp instead. I sent my message at 2:00 PM, but they never got back to me in a timely manner, in fact, they didn't reply until 10:00 PM that night! In today's fast-paced world, that is simply too long to wait for a response when you are trying to handle business. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I decided to pivot and contacted SOFI LA FLEUR. On my first couple of attempts, there was no answer, and I admittedly started to get disappointed. I thought to myself, "Oh my god, is anyone answering their phones anymore?" Deciding to try one last time, I sent them a text message, and that changed everything. Almost immediately after texting, they called me right back. The owner was incredibly nice, warm, and friendly. She took my order right away, gathered all the necessary information, and seamlessly processed my payment over the phone, immediately sending over a delivery confirmation. The attention to detail from that point on was flawless. The day before the event, they called to double-check and confirm both the delivery time and the location. On the day of the delivery, the flowers arrived right on time and in perfect condition. I must say, this is easily the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever received in my life. The arrangement was absolutely exquisite! Every single bloom was incredibly fresh, the wrapping was stunning, and the ribbon customized with their company name on it added the most elegant, high-end touch. In a time where genuine customer care is a key element missing from so many modern businesses, SOFI LA FLEUR stands out completely. I would highly recommend them based on their outstanding customer service alone, not to mention their spectacular artistry. I ordered a bouquet online and had a great experience. The ordering process was easy and convenient. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and exactly as shown on the website. The delivery was on time and the bouquet looked amazing. I highly recommend this flower shop and will definitely order again.

The bouquet is magnificent, my girlfriend was delighted!
