Delivery Policy

Sofi La Fleur proudly offers flower delivery throughout Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Beverly Grove, Bel Air, Century City, Santa Monica, Culver City, Hollywood Hills, and surrounding areas.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day flower delivery 7 days a week until 8:00 PM.

The last order for same-day delivery is 6:30 PM. Orders placed after 6:30 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date unless otherwise confirmed directly with our team.

Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability, delivery distance, and delivery capacity.

Express Delivery — Under 2 Hours

For customers who need their flowers sooner, we offer Express Delivery for an additional $14, added to the regular delivery fee.

Express Delivery is intended for delivery in less than two hours and is subject to availability, delivery distance, traffic conditions, and our current delivery schedule.

The two-hour delivery window begins once the order has been confirmed and payment has been completed.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made throughout the day, with our final deliveries completed by approximately 8:00 PM.

We are happy to note a preferred delivery time; however, exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless a specific timed delivery has been confirmed directly with our team.

Delivery times may be affected by Los Angeles traffic, weather, building access, holidays, high-volume floral occasions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Apartment, Condominium & Building Deliveries

For deliveries to apartments, condominiums, and other secured residential buildings, we contact the recipient to confirm that they are available and that our driver will be able to gain access to the building.

Please provide as much information as you have available to help us complete the delivery successfully. Helpful details may include the recipient’s full name, apartment or unit number, gate code, building name, access instructions, or a working phone number.

If we are unable to reach the recipient or gain access to the building, the delivery may be delayed or require a second delivery attempt.

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.

Residential Home Deliveries

For deliveries to a private residence, our driver will attempt to hand the flowers directly to the recipient.

If no one answers the door and the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers may be left outside the front door or in another safe and protected location at the residence.

Once the arrangement has been safely delivered and photographed by our driver, the delivery will be considered complete.

Because fresh flowers are sensitive to heat, direct sunlight, and weather conditions, we recommend bringing the arrangement indoors as soon as possible.

Recipient Availability

Customers are responsible for providing a correct recipient name, delivery address, and working phone number whenever possible.

Flowers may also be accepted by a concierge, doorman, receptionist, front desk, security desk, neighbor, or another authorized person on behalf of the recipient.

Once the flowers have been accepted by an authorized representative at the provided delivery address, the delivery is considered complete.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please provide as much accurate delivery information as possible when placing your order.

If incorrect or insufficient information prevents us from completing the delivery, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the purchaser or recipient.

If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Hotels, Hospitals, Gated Communities, Offices & Secured Properties

For hotels, hospitals, gated communities, offices, and other secured properties, please provide as much delivery information as possible to help us complete the delivery successfully.

Helpful information may include the recipient’s full name, room or unit number, department, company name, gate code, building name, phone number, access instructions, or any other details available to you.

Some properties require floral deliveries to be left with security, reception, concierge, the front desk, or another designated receiving area. Once the flowers have been accepted by an authorized representative of the property, the delivery is considered complete.

Cedars-Sinai Hospital Deliveries

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center accepts flower deliveries Monday through Saturday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM only.

All floral deliveries must be left at the hospital’s designated receiving or front desk area. Hospital volunteers then deliver the flowers to the patient. Our drivers are not permitted to deliver directly to patient rooms.

There are no flower deliveries to Cedars-Sinai on Sundays.

Any order placed for Sunday delivery to Cedars-Sinai will automatically be rescheduled for Monday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Please provide as much patient information as possible, including the recipient’s full name and any room, department, or additional details available to you.

Hospital restrictions may apply to certain departments, units, or patients. Sofi La Fleur is not responsible if the hospital is unable to accept flowers for a particular recipient.

Holidays & High-Volume Dates

During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays, and other high-volume floral occasions, delivery windows may be extended.

Exact delivery times and Express Delivery may be limited or unavailable during these periods.

We recommend placing holiday orders in advance whenever possible.
